- One-to-one and small group tutoring sessions (online and in-person)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be provided with a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.
6. Bookings and Cancellations
Lessons must be booked through the Platform or by contacting us directly. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full rate.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to tutor unavailability, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund for the affected session.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are published on our website and may be updated from time to time. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Outstanding fees must be paid promptly. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, teaching materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to We Teach Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
9. Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding children and young people. All our tutors undergo enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. We follow safeguarding best practices in accordance with the Children Act 1989, the Children Act 2004, and current Department for Education guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Teach Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or examination results.

12. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Service, please contact us at info@weteachacademy.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
